Separating Challah When Baking on Different Days
Question
A woman bakes challahs in a quantity that requires separating challah with a blessing, but she divides her baking into part on one day and part on the next. Should she separate challah with a blessing?
Answer
If she does not bake each day an amount of dough that requires separation with a blessing, she should separate without a blessing. However, if on one of the days she bakes an amount that requires separating challah with a blessing, she should bless on that day for the separation of challah.
