Inquiry about Challah Separation

Hello, dough from which challah was separated and the challah mixed with non-sacred dough [and there is not one hundred and one against the challah in the non-sacred dough], is it possible to inquire about the challah and separate again?

Hello and blessings,
If the dough has not yet been eaten from, it is permissible to inquire and separate again without a blessing. The meticulous will be stringent and not inquire, but rather discard all the dough.
