Concern of Yayin Nesech in a Medication
Question
Is it permitted to use the product “Argi,” which is intended for growth, if people say that there is a concern of yayin nesech in it and it is sweet?
Answer
Shalom u’vrachah
A medication that has a sweet taste and has a kashrut concern is prohibited, if there is no concern of pikuach nefesh.
It must be checked whether there is indeed a problem there.
