Food Containing “Chalav Nochri” for a Non-Jew

Question

Is it permissible to give a non-Jew food that contains chalav nochri?

Answer

Shalom u’vrachah 

From the standpoint of kashrut — it is permitted; he has no prohibition against eating non-kosher food.  

From the standpoint of “lo techanem” — if you derive benefit from giving it, it is permitted. But to give it to him as a gift without a reason is forbidden.
