Food Touched by Impure Hands

Question

Is it permissible to eat food that was touched before the morning hand washing?

Answer

Lechatchila, it is necessary to wash it 3 times, and also vegetables and fruits that are usually peeled require rinsing. However, if it is not possible, it is permissible to eat it.
