Effort in Earning a Livelihood

Question

A question regarding the parameters of hishtadlut,
I learn two sedarim in kollel, and my wife has taken upon herself the burden of supporting the household,
she is not interested in continuing at her current job next year,
she has sent resumes to several workplaces.
Has our obligation of hishtadlut ended with this, so that we are not obligated to do anything further but only to wait until they contact us, or are we obligated to continue sending resumes to more places, make phone calls, and follow up on the matter?
Thank you very much.

Answer

Shalom u’vrachah

In the current situation, it seems that she should continue to call and follow up—not to pressure them, but as a reminder.
