Life Insurance — Necessary Hishtadlut?

Hello
I would like to know whether taking out life insurance (for expensive surgeries and the like, may we be spared) is part of the obligation of necessary hishtadlut, or whether the main obligation is to trust in Hashem that we will not come to such a situation and will remain healthy, and therefore there is no need to take out life insurance?
