Listening to Foreign Songs

Hello. I wanted to ask if listening to foreign songs is a transgression? Or Hebrew songs by singers who do not observe Torah and commandments?

Hello and blessings.
Listening to songs with problematic content is forbidden regardless of the singer.
However, our sages teach that listening to 'Greek song' leads to casting off the yoke.
As our sages said about 'Acher', who was a great scholar, and one of the reasons for his downfall was that he did not cease from listening to Greek songs (Chagigah 15b).
