Hello Rabbi
My apologies I am sorry I wasn’t clear with my question before? My mother is Jewish both genetically and spiritually. I was raised a Christian. In my DNA I am 1% Ashkanasi Jew? I’m proud of that one percent. My question is am I Jewish?

If you're mother is born Jewish, then you are Jewish. There is no such things as being "genetically" Jewish or "spiritually" Jewish.
