Finding a Qualified Orthodox Beit Din for Jewish Conversion

I want to convert to Orthodox Judaism. A DNA test shows Sephardic Jewish roots, but I have no documents to prove Jewish ancestry, and the Jewish community in Abu Dhabi does not do conversions. In this situation, how can I find a qualified Orthodox rabbi or beit din to guide and supervise a proper conversion process?
