Conversion in Paris

Question

I am a non-Jew who left a background of idol worship and have been keeping the 7 Noahide Laws and praying, especially with Psalms, for several years. I feel a strong and long-standing desire to convert to Judaism specifically through an Orthodox conversion and to live a fully observant Jewish life.

I live in Paris, but my French is weak, so it is hard for me to approach local Orthodox communities. Most of what I find seems to be Reform, while I am looking only for an Orthodox path. I am willing to travel outside my neighborhood and even a bit outside Paris if needed.

How should I start the process of Orthodox conversion in Paris, and how can I find an English-speaking Orthodox rabbi there who can guide me?
