Adding Fragrance to Cooler Water
Question
Is it permissible on Shabbat and holidays to add rose water to the cooler's water, which disperses cold air in the room, to spread a pleasant fragrance in the room?

There is no issue with dispersing fragrance in the air.
However, the perfume should be added to the water before the holiday, as it is forbidden to add fragrance to water on Yom Tov.
