Caffeine Suppositories on Yom Kippur

Hello and blessings! I wanted to ask: Is it permissible to use caffeine suppositories on Yom Kippur, inserted into the body through the rectum, to alleviate headaches resulting from caffeine withdrawal for those accustomed to it? Thank you in advance!

Hello Rabbi, 

In cases of severe headaches, it is permitted.
