From when is it forbidden to wear leather shoes on Yom Kippur?

Answer

From the time of accepting the additional sanctity of Yom Kippur, it is forbidden to wear sandals. One should add a few minutes to the sanctity of the day before sunset, and then it is already forbidden to wear leather shoes.
