Pill with Water During Fast

I wanted to ask if it is permissible for a woman who must take the Cerazette pill (cannot skip a day...) to take it with a little water?

Hello,
If possible, it should be swallowed without water.
If it is not possible without water, the water should be slightly bittered with tea essence or similar, to facilitate swallowing.
