Fasting for Cancer Patients Undergoing Chemotherapy
Question
I am a 35-year-old woman with metastatic breast cancer for the past 4 months, undergoing THP treatment (Taxol-chemotherapy, Herceptin, and Perjeta - biological). What should I do on Yom Kippur?
The doctor (seems non-religious) says not to fast and to drink grape juice in portions.
