What is the Rabbi’s opinion regarding the issue of the International Date Line?

Shalom u’vracha 
The opinion of our teacher, Rabbi Amram Fried shlita, regarding the International Date Line is in accordance with the view of the Chazon Ish. 

That is: 90 degrees east of Jerusalem, with the line curving according to the continents within it.
