Can one fulfill the obligation of listening to Megillat Eicha via Zoom?

Answer

Shalom Rav,

Listening via Zoom is not considered hearing the voice of the reader at all.

[The reader's voice is converted into an electrical signal, and the signal is turned into sound on my computer].
