Gel Nail Polish on Tisha B'Av

Question

Is it permissible to apply gel nail polish on Tisha B'Av?

Answer

It is forbidden to apply any substance on the body for pleasure or beauty, even in small amounts, including gel nail polish on Tisha B'Av, and even on a postponed fast, it is not permitted.
