Shoe with Suede — Tisha B’Av

Is it permitted on Tisha B’Av to wear a shoe whose upper part is made of suede combined with nylon/textile fabric?

Shalom u’vrachah 

A shoe that has a part made of leather is forbidden on Tisha B’Av.
