Study on Tisha B'Av

Is it permitted to study as usual after midday on Tisha B'Av?

Only those things permitted on Tisha B'Av are allowed.
The leniency after midday applies only to sitting on a chair and the prohibition of work, which are not obligatory by law but are Jewish customs.
