An omelet at the seudah mafseket?

Is it permitted to eat an omelet at the seudah mafseket before Tisha B’Av?

There is no problem with eating an omelet in and of itself.
However, since the custom is to eat a hard-boiled egg, because it is a mourner’s food, as mourners eat round foods, it is therefore forbidden to eat another cooked dish.
An omelet and a hard-boiled egg are considered two separate cooked dishes, even though both are egg, since they are prepared in different ways.
