At the seudah mafseket, is it permissible to eat cheese or mayonnaise in addition to the egg?
And if I mix them and make an egg-and-cheese salad or an egg-and-mayonnaise salad, what is the halacha?

Cheese and mayonnaise are not considered cooked dishes, and they may be eaten at the seudah mafseket, whether on their own or together with eggs.
