During the concluding meal, should one sit on the floor the entire time or only when eating the egg? Should women also sit on the floor?

Hello,
One should sit on the floor or on a low chair throughout the entire concluding meal, not just when eating the egg.
Women should also sit in a low place, if it is possible health-wise.
