A woman in an advanced stage of pregnancy, after the fast, wants to take a hot shower in order to feel better. May she shower on the night after Tisha B'Av?

Washing for pleasure is forbidden.
Washing for a need is permitted.
If the woman needs the washing for strengthening and relief, it is considered a need and is permitted.
