Mourning Restrictions on the Night After Tisha B’Av This Year

What is permitted to do on the night after Tisha B’Av this year, when it is Erev Shabbat?

Answer

Shalom u’vracha 

Laundry and haircuts are permitted immediately after the fast ends for someone who needs to do them in advance for the sake of Shabbat.

From the morning of the 10th of Av, bathing is permitted.  

The blessing of Shehecheyanu and listening to music are permitted from midday on the 10th of Av.
