Brushing Teeth on Tisha B’Av

Question

May someone who is not fasting on Tisha B’Av brush their teeth?

Answer

Shalom and blessings

Someone who is not fasting is permitted to brush their teeth.

[For even someone who is fasting, if his mouth is truly dirty, such as after vomiting, or if he is very sensitive and suffers greatly from the dirtiness, is permitted to brush his teeth; he should only be careful not to swallow anything].
