Pregnancy and Low Hemoglobin - Tisha B'Av

My wife is pregnant, thank God, in the 26th week. The pregnancy is, thank God, going well. Today the doctor told her that her hemoglobin is a bit low. What is her status regarding fasting on Tisha B'Av?

Hello
If the hemoglobin is less than 10, do not fast.
If it is more than 10, start fasting and see if she does not feel particularly weak.
