Shabbat Clothes for Completion

Question

A child who is completing a Mishna tractate for the first time, should he wear a white shirt for the completion ceremony in the cheder?

Answer

Hello, 

Children below the age of Bar Mitzvah are allowed to wear Shabbat clothes for the completion ceremony. 

[I assume that not all children will come in Shabbat clothes].
