Anti-Dandruff Shampoo During the Nine Days

Is it permitted during the Nine Days to wash one's hair with anti-dandruff shampoo for someone who suffers from dandruff, and not using the shampoo causes itching and sores on the head?

If it causes sores, it is permitted to wash.
