Is it permitted to hold a teachers' meeting during the Nine Days?The program includes lectures and a dairy buffet.

Shalom and blessings
There is no problem with attending lectures accompanied by light refreshments during the Nine Days.
Meals whose purpose is enjoyment are not appropriate for the Nine Days, during which one should minimize joy as much as possible.
