Postponing the Completion of a Tractate

Question

If someone completed a tractate before the Nine Days and usually does not hold the completion immediately but waits a few days, can he hold a completion meal with meat during the Nine Days?

Answer

If the completion is not postponed specifically to fall during the Nine Days, but rather for organization and similar reasons, it is permitted.
