Meat and Wine at Seudah Shlishit — Shabbat Chazon

Question

A person began the Shabbat Chazon meal on Shabbat and continued it after Shabbat ended, after nightfall and before Havdalah. May he continue eating meat?

Answer

Shalom u’vrachah 

It is permitted until he prays Arvit.

Not to eat meat, etc. — And immediately once the congregation has prayed Arvit on Motza’ei Shabbat, even though an individual has not yet prayed and is still in the midst of his meal, meat and wine are forbidden to him; and the same applies on Rosh Chodesh according to our custom [Magen Avraham]. However, other Acharonim wrote that on Motza’ei Shabbat, if he has not yet prayed, meat and wine are permitted to him, since, as he says Retzeh in Birkat Hamazon, it is still considered Shabbat for him:
