Marriage at the Beginning of the Month of Elul

Is it permissible to get married at the beginning of the month of Elul?

Answer

Although some are particular not to marry after the fifteenth of the month, in the month of Elul, which is a time of favor, it is permissible to marry throughout the entire month.
