Fasting during the Days of Selichot
Question
I saw it written in the poskim that it is customary to fast during the Days of Selichot. I wanted to ask: a. Is this custom observed today? b. Is the custom to fast four days before Rosh Hashanah, or from the beginning of the Days of Selichot?
