Kashrut of the Etrog in the Picture
Question
Is the etrog kosher and mehudar? Attached is a picture, the emphasis is on the black dot, other than that the etrog is completely clean.

The etrog is kosher and beautiful.
The black dot reduces the level of mehudar, but since it is below the upper third, it does not invalidate the etrog.
