We are Israelis staying in a hotel in Bucharest. Do we need to observe the second day of Yom Tov as in the diaspora?

Answer

Hello and happy holiday

Yes. Since there is a Jewish community in the area.

And even if they do not see, and you are in a closed room, you must observe the laws of Yom Tov.
