Is it permissible for me to wash a shirt during Chol HaMoed for Simchat Torah?

Hello,
If you have another shirt, you are not allowed to wash for Simchat Torah.
However, if all shirts become soiled to the extent that they are not suitable for wearing on the holiday, you are permitted to wash in a case of necessity, and only this shirt.
