Eating Before the Repetition of the Amidah
Question
This year, when Rosh Hashanah falls on Shabbat, I want to make Kiddush on the first day between the Amidah and its repetition. Is it then permissible to eat as much as one wants from the outset?

Shalom Rav,
It is forbidden to eat before the conclusion of the prayer. This is included in the prohibition of eating before prayer. Therefore, one should not eat before the repetition of the Amidah.
