Blessing of the Shofar

What blessing does the one blowing the shofar recite?
Answer
Before blowing the shofar, the blessing 'Who has sanctified us with His commandments and commanded us to hear the sound of the shofar' is recited. If one recited 'to blow the shofar' or 'on the blowing of the shofar', they have fulfilled their obligation.
