Forgot Yaale Veyavo during Mincha on Friday
Question
If someone forgot Yaale Veyavo on Rosh Chodesh that fell on Friday and accepted Shabbat, should they perform annulment of vows?

There are opinions that one can pray Mincha even after accepting Shabbat. And there are opinions that the acceptance of Shabbat is automatically annulled because it cancels the prayer.
