Do we recite 'Al HaNissim' on Shabbat in Achisamach (Ganei Ayalon-Lod)?

In all places where there is doubt whether they are unwalled or walled, 'Al HaNissim' is recited on the 14th [Friday], and not on the 15th [Shabbat].
