Kinyan Sudar in the Sale of Chametz

I did not perform a Kinyan Sudar in the sale of Chametz, is there an issue with this? Or what can be done?

Shalom Rav,

The Kinyan is not mandatory, it is merely a sign of the completion of intent in agency.

There is no need to do anything further.
