Sale until the 25th of Nisan

I want to sell the chametz through the website. I noticed that the sale is until the 25th of Nisan. Is this date specific, and if so, why?

The sale is until the 25th of Nisan to avoid issues for all sellers through the website who live abroad and need to observe the second day of the festival. Additionally, it concerns residents of far western countries where the festival ends many hours after the end of the 22nd of Nisan here in Israel.
Of course, all this is for extra security, but the agreement with the non-Jew buying the chametz is that the chametz returns to the Jew, and he buys it back according to the end of the festival in the place where he is located.
