Renting a Place in a Rented Apartment

The chametz sale contract on the website states that I am renting out the land under the refrigerator. However, I am renting an apartment; is this still effective?

It is effective because the landlord of the apartment does not object to you renting it out to a non-Jew, as long as you are not bringing in another tenant in your place.
