Kashering an Oven Rack for Passover

How do you kasher an oven rack for Passover? The oven is kashered using a pyrolytic program.

An oven rack requires intense heating to kasher it for Passover, meaning a temperature of about 500 degrees.
Therefore, if it can be left in the oven during the pyrolytic program, it should be left there, and it will be kashered for Passover.
If it cannot be left in the oven because it gets damaged by the heat, a different rack should be purchased for Passover.
