Roasting the Arm with a Fork

Is there an issue with roasting the arm with a fork because it is written in the Gemara that iron sweats and it is not considered roasting by fire?

Hello Rabbi,
Roasting the arm is a custom and a remembrance of the Passover sacrifice.
It does not require all the laws of roasting the Passover sacrifice.
