Parrot food that is likely made from a mixture of chametz unfit for human consumption, [used to make porridge for the parrot] can it be used on Passover?

Answer

Hello, 

Since it contains a kezayit, it must be unfit for animal consumption, and in the case of parrot food - it is not spoiled.
