Inflating and Using Balloons (Game) on Passover
Question
We want to organize an activity with balloons during Chol Hamoed Pesach. Is there an issue with inflating them by mouth due to Passover kashrut (sometimes there is powder in balloons)? If inflating by mouth is problematic, can we use a pump?

It is permitted to inflate both by mouth and by pump.
There is no reason to fear that the powder is made from flour, [there is no warning of gluten or other allergens as required by law for food products, especially grains].
Additionally, the taste is really spoiled.
