Kosher Status of Cosmetics for Passover

Question

A woman has a lipstick with a brush that she inserts into a bottle with the cosmetic and applies it. Should she be concerned and buy a new one for Passover? Also, is there a concern of chametz mixture in perfumes?

A. There is no concern.

B. According to the law, it is permitted to use, but some are stringent.
